Tilshead bonfire night at Tilshead Playing Field Saturday 11th November. Gates open 5pm bonfire 6pm foreworks 6.30pm. Raffle, bbq, refreshments. Everyone welcome. £2 per person. If you donate to the village collection in the weeks leading up to the event you will be given a ticket for free entry. Bonfire will be built from 10am on saturday 28th October.

Tilshead Resident Competes in 2017 Invictus Games

Tilshead resident, Cornelia, was selected to compete in 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto, Canada.

… and she’s smashing it!  So far, Cornelia has worked hard to acheive a bronze medal in the wheelchair tennis pairs with her tennis partner Kirk Hughes and a gold in women’s golf!

Tilshead residents make up almost a third of the cast of Noel Coward’s ‘Hayfever’ on stage at the Wharf Theatre in Devizes.

Frank Jones plays the part of David Bliss (the father) and Ollie Beech plays the part of Simon Bliss (David’s son).
